Launch Timing helps you pick the optimal release window for your Roblox game based on seasonal events, genre trends, and historical CCU patterns.

How It Works

The engine combines:
  • Seasonal event calendar covering major events (Halloween, Winter Holiday, Summer Break, and more)
  • Historical CCU patterns by genre and time period
  • Domain knowledge about Roblox player behavior and activity cycles

Output

For each game theme/genre, you receive:
  • Recommended launch windows ranked by opportunity score
  • Events to target (e.g., “Horror games peak leading up to Halloween”)
  • Windows to avoid (high competition or low-activity periods)

Why Launch Timing Matters

Launching at the right time can significantly boost your day-1 player count. Seasonal events drive massive CCU swings — a horror game launched before Halloween can see dramatically higher player counts than the same game launched in January.
Pair Launch Timing with the Genre Heatmap to find both the right genre AND the right time to release.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on your genre. Horror games peak around Halloween, simulators do well during summer break, and social games spike during holiday seasons. RoLearn analyzes these patterns and gives you specific date ranges ranked by opportunity.
Absolutely. Major events like Halloween, Winter Holiday, and Summer Break cause significant CCU swings across specific genres. Some events boost certain genres while others cause dips. Launch Timing maps all of this for you.
Yes — some periods have lower overall player activity or higher competition. RoLearn flags these “avoid” windows so you can plan around them.
